Architecturally designed new build

This stylish, warm, contemporary home was built to incorporate some very innovative architectural design features. The residential side needed to seamlessly flow through into a functional and aesthetically-pleasing artist’s studio space.

The key focus for this build was delivering the most impact for the budget.
