Architecturally designed new build

George Guthrie Construction worked closely with the client and with local architect Jarrod Midgely to produce this beautiful family home set in a Marlborough vineyard. The client’s priorities were for a warm and comfortable house full of natural light that would be a great place for the grandchildren to visit.

With the clients often being on the other side of the world during construction, good communication was vital for this smooth build process.
