Key to this new-build was maximising the small site and producing an efficient and comfortable four-bedroom family home based on George Guthrie Construction’s own contemporary concept plans. Detailing was crucial, particularly for the sloping ply ceiling in the living area.

The result is an easy-care and stunning home that the owners can lock up and leave when they head off on adventures.
