Light commercial construction – restaurant

This iconic Marlborough restaurant – now Arbour, originally Gibb’s – had to be built to the highest standard, creating both a fine dining space and a more casual wine and social dining area. It was great to integrate different design elements (such as increased ceiling height in the fine dining space) while still maintaining the cohesive feel of the space overall. An exciting project built within the heart of Marlborough’s renowned vineyards.
